Note:This is a Denso 130A Alternator for the 2003-05 Lexus LX470 and Toyota Landcruiser With the 4.7L Engine. This Unit Has Three Small Ears (Threaded) on the SRE Frame for What is Probably the Attaching of the Heat Shield. These Ears are Not Present on the Later 11198.
