Chrysler TSB #08-75-94 Talks About a Grinding Noise Which May Occur Occasionally in 1995 Caravan's (and Related Vans) Using a Japanese Built 17465 (228000-0470 / 4686045), The "Fix" for This is to Install a Unit Built in Tennessee (TN228000-0470 / 4686045). The Date Code on the Affected Japanese Built Unit (Listed on the Tag) is 9P30 to 10P31. No Reason is Given for the Switch.
