Note:This is a Mitsuba Starter for the Honda Insight. The 17814 and Later Used 17901 are Very Similar, Although the DE Frames Differ in That the Protruding Mounting Hole (Pointing Upwards) on the Later 17901 Has a Larger Base to It (the Mounting Height is the Same on Each One), and There is a Protruding Frame in Front of the Battery Stud on the 17901 as Well, and the Boot Around the Brush Holder / Battery Stud is Larger on the 17901. There is Nothing From a Visual Standpoint to Suggest That the Two Units Would Not Fir in Place of Each Other. The 17871 Used on the Civic Hybrid is an Exact Match to the 17901 With the Only Visible Difference Being the Battery Terminal Insulator is Turned 45 Degrees on the 17871 From the Position of the One on the 17901 (the Insulators are the Same).
