Note:Superseded by 31200-PPA-A04 / 191-179B. This is a Mitsuba SM612 Series Starter for the 2002-On Honda CRV With the 2.4L Engine. This Unit and the 17870 Used on the Honda Accord (and others), Look Almost Identical. The Solenoid Terminal, While Mounted in About the Same Place on Both Units, Point in a Different Direction. The 17816 is the Same Unit, Except Rated at Only 1.2kw, and the Field Case is About 1/2 Inch Shorter, or Less. The Honda Dealer is Replacing the 31200-PPA-003 With 31200-PPA-505 When Ordered.
