This Looks Much Like the 17868 Used on the MDX, Except the Mounting Ear on This Unit is Much Thicker, and the Battery Stud on the Solenoid Points Upwards Here, and Out the Rear of the Cap (Conventional Manner) on the 17868. Also, Despite a Similar Appearance, the 17915 and 17990 are Not Interchangeable, According to Mitsubishi.
