Note:M0T35871 superseded by M0T35872. This is a Mitsubishi PMGR Starter for General Motors Models Using the 3.6L Engine Beginning in 2006. Although It Was Originally Thought That This Appeared to Be a Mitsubishi Version of the Earlier Used Delco 6497, It Turns Out the Solenoid Ignition Terminal is on the Other Side of the Solenoid From the 6497, and is Enclosed in a Plastic Locking Device (the Delco is Not). Both the M0T35871 and M0T35872 Do Not Have a Threaded Hole on the Top of the DE Frame Where the Solenoid Mounts (For Harness Attachment).
