The Main Difference (Visual) Between the 5786 and 5788 is That the 5786 has the Top Front Mounting Hole Ground (Shaved) at a 45 Degree Angle (Approx.) and is Not Threaded, While the 5788 Has a Threaded Mounting Hole and is Not Ground (Shaved) Down.
