Note:These are Delco SD210 Series Starters. This One Looks Much Like the 6312. The Difference is That Delco Used the PMGR Style Drive, Solenoid and Drive Fork Here, Along With a Smaller Drive Opening in the Nose. In This Case, The 6312 May Interchange - The Main Difference Being the 8mm Battery Stud on the 6415 and the 10mm Stud on the 6312. There Have Not Been Any Report Here That the 6312 and 6415 Won't Bolt in Place of Each Other. Some of the OEM 6415 Units Use Shims, And Some Do Not. ALWAYS ASSUME THAT A REPLACEMENT UNIT MAY NEED SHIMS.
