Note:Clutch Pulley With Left Hand Threads | This is a 120A Bosch Alternator for Various 1999-05 Volvo Models. This Unit Looks Different Than Earlier Bosch Alternators for Volvo in That the OE Number is Found on the Rear Bearing Cover - in the Same Place as the Mexican Built Bosch Alternators for the 1999 GM and Chrysler Vehicles. This Unit Looks Like the 13802, Except Some of the Internal Parts are Different, the 13801 Uses a Clutch Pulley. The Rotor Threads (and Rotor Nut) are Left-Hand, Rather Than the Conventional Right-Hand Thread (the Alternator is Designed for CCW Rotation). This is Very Important to Know on the Clutch Pulley Applications, as the Test Bench Will Have to Be Switched to CCW Rotation for Testing Purposes. There Seems to Be Some Confusion in the Voltage Regulators Used as OE Cores of the 13801 and 13802 Have Both Been Seen Using Regulator #F-00M-145-229, Yet Later OE Information Shows Different Replacement Regulators for Each. At This Point the Regulators Shown Will Match Those Seen on the OEM Units.
