Reports From The Field Are That The 11 Tooth 16795 is a Smoother Performing Starter Than The 8-Tooth 16924. Also, These Starters Have a Problem With Broken Nose Housings on Hyster Applications. Aftermarket Suppliers Are Offering a Denso Style OSGR Starter to Replace These Which Appears to be Solving the Problem.
