This Starter Looks Similar to the 3262, Except the Bottom Mounting Hole is Unthreaded, and Protrudes Away From the Body of the Front Housing Further Than on the 3262. The Solenoid Looks to Be the Same. The 8A01-1840S-A is the European Version of the Same Unit. | This Ford Starter Used in Europe Has the Same Drive and Solenoid as the 3261, But Uses a Different Armature and Field Case. | These Ford Numbers are Also Used on the Same Applications as 150-335A, But the Internal Parts are Unknown.
