Note:This is a Delco PG260L Starter for the 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer, Olds Bravada, etc. The 2 Mounting Ears Have "Shaved" Edges for Fit. This Unit Has the Motor Terminal Coming out the Field Case on the Starter's Right Hand Side. It is Reported That the Extended 7-Passenger Models of the Trailblazer (EXT) and Envoy (XL), and the 5-Passenger Envoy XUV, Require a Starter With the Motor Terminal Coming Out the Starter's Left Hand Side (140-6023B, -C), So in 3/2010 Lester Decided to Break This Version of the 6490 Out and Re-Number it 6499. If the Installation Can Accept the Field Wire on Either Side of the Case Then Either the 6490 or 6499 Can Be Used.
