Note:This uses DE Housing #10499864, a Rear CE Cover Mounted "Junction" Stud (Not Insulated, Like Other 37MT's Are), No Thermostat, and a Solenoid With a 1/2" Battery Stud, and No Ground Stud. The 6523 is the Same Unit, But Using a "Jump Start Protection" Solenoid. The 6545 is the Same Unit, But With Overcrank Protection. The 6905 is the Same Basic Unit, But With the Ground Stud on Opposite Side the CE Cover. | This is a Delco 37MT Starter (12V), Using DE Housing 10499864 (Not 1986333), a 10-T Drive (Not 12-T), a 1/2" Battery Stud, and No Ground Studs. In 2/2009 we Corrected an Error in the Original Delco Bill of Materials Showing This as a 12-Tooth Drive (Delco Verified it is 10-Tooth), and Changing the DE Frame to the Corrected 10499864. The Lester Number Also Changed From 6386 to 6505.
