The boot and washer have been developed to seal the plunger from grass and debris. Design improvements for the drive include two sets of washers positioned at cross-locations to significantly reduce the gap causing grease to get out and debris to get in, previous versions did not have it. Supersedes 8000335 / 140-6051 and 8000869 / 140-6051B. The S after the model number (25-098-21-S) denote electric start.
